1. Secure Shipping
We work with some of India's most trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure a seamless, secure, and reliable delivery experience. Our shipping partners include market leaders such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, FedEx, Shadowfax, XpressBees, and Porter.
We ship exclusively within India. All orders are handled with care from the moment they are dispatched to the moment they arrive at your doorstep.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the parcel upon delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery for safety and reference purposes.
2. Packaging
We take great care in packaging all our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Every order is securely packed to protect your garments and purchases during transit.
In the unlikely event that you receive your parcel in a visibly tampered or damaged condition, we request that you:
- Do not open the parcel further;
- Take clear photographs or record a video of the tampered packaging immediately;
- Email the images or video along with your order details to support@ultimateman.com at the earliest.
Our team will review your complaint and work to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
3. Delivery Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Standard Delivery (All India): 6 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
North-East India & Jammu & Kashmir: 7 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as public holidays, regional disruptions, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the respective courier partner's website or app.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your order. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — please check our website for the latest offers.
6. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will typically make up to two additional attempts. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our support team to arrange re-delivery.
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and availability details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Ultimate Man shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
